Returns

You may request a return within 5 days from the date your order is delivered, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The product is in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item has not been damaged, altered, or modified in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with consumer protection regulations and standard retail practices, the following items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect:

• Final Sale items.
• Swimwear and underwear.
• Items returned in a condition different from the one received.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, please complete the exchange request form available on this page or contact our customer support team through our website or Instagram.

Exchange requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your original item will first be collected and inspected. Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

If the item has a verified manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with the same product, size, and color, subject to stock availability.

Important Notice

In accordance with our shipping partner's policies and our internal procedures, orders cannot be opened or inspected before payment upon delivery.
